Seajets wishes to express their heartfelt condolences to the families of those who were tragically lost, and wish a speedy recovery to the injured.

In the context of the company’s social responsibility, and in a determined attempt to support those affected by the wildfires at the location of Mati housing estate and it’s surrounds, Seajets wishes to offer 10% of the net fare of every passenger ticket issued for the Fast Ferry Tera Jet, from and to the port of Rafina, from the 26th July and until the end of Tera Jet’s activities in respect to the said route for the 2018 season.

The proceeds which will be collected, will go towards aiding and supporting the reconstruction of the homes of those affected by the fires of 23rd July.   The manner in which the funds will be provided, and the official body with whom same shall be lodged, shall be announced by the ship owning company at a future date.

The 1800-person-capacity fast ferry Tera Jet is the largest ship travelling from Rafina to Andros, Tinos, Mykonos, Paros, Naxos and from those 5 Cycladic islands back to Rafina, transporting the largest volume of passengers.
From the very first moment Tera Jet, and its crew, offered their services and full assistance in the rescue operation of those who had sought to take refuge on the beach and in the sea in the areas affected by the fires.

Mr Marios Iliopoulos, Strategic Planning and Development consultant of SEAJETS, made the following statement:   “All Greeks, united, owe it to ourselves to actively give all our support to our fellowman who are being sorely tested and suffering at this time”.
