The company bears no responsibility over the safe-keeping of your personal belongings, unless they are given to the ship’s purser office for safe-keeping. Baggage must not contain valuable objects. Valuable objects can be handed in to the responsible officers of the ship for safe-keeping.

You can buy your tickets:

• Through our website, www.seajets.gr

• From the Seajets central ticket office in Piraeus Port (Gate E8, Tel: +30 210 4190233 or +30 210 4101480)

• From the Seajets headquarters in Piraeus (D. Gounaris 2, 2nd floor, Tel: +30 210 4121001)

• From any cooperating travel agency in Greece and abroad.

In accordance with European Directive 98/41/EC, it is mandatory to register the names of all persons on board for every trip. For the purposes of registration, the tickets state the passenger's name, sex (Male/Female), age (Adult/child/infant) as well as their contact details. Please state your phone number so you can be easily informed in case of a trip cancellation due to force majeure or schedule modifications.

In case of ticket loss, you must contact either Seajets or an affiliated travel agency at least one hour before departure by telephone (+30 210 4121001 or +30 210 4101480) or e-mail (reservations.dpt@seajets.gr). After informing Seajets, you should buy new tickets and state the loss in writing, including the lost ticket's details (day and time of travel, itinerary, ticket number and new ticket number) as well as a photocopy of the new tickets. Following an audit conducted by the company and within 1 month from the day of submission of the request, provided that the lost ticket has not been used, the passenger may receive a free ticket the total value of which will amount to that of the lost ticket.

Up to 14 days before departure: 100% refund
Up to 7 days before departure: 75% refund
Up to 12 hours before departure: 50% refund
No refunds are possible for cancellations made in less than 12 hours before departure.
Cancel your ticket by presenting it to the travel agent that issued it. Cancellation through phone, fax or e-mail is not possible. The tickets can also be converted to open date tickets at least 24 hours before departure. Open date tickets can be replaced with specific date tickets for any route, subject to availability. (The open date tickets are valid for one year, cannot be canceled and their fare is non-refundable). To convert your ticket into an open date ticket, kindly present your ticket to the issuer, to any central agency or to Seajets’ main office.

The terms of the previous paragraph (5.) also apply for the cancellation of tickets purchased through our website. Exclusively for online bookings, you can cancel your ticket via e-mail, which should be sent at least one working day before the respective cancellation deadline. Please clearly indicate the details of the reservation in the e-mail. If the ticket is already issued, kindly present the ticket coupon at the company’s main office or at the central agent at the port of departure. Online booked tickets can be converted to open date ticket either via e-mail if the request was sent at least 7 days before departure, or from any central port agent up to 24 hours before departure.

• Tickets booked through the Seajets website can be shipped via courier for an additional fee

Yes, every Seajets vessel is equipped with a specially designated kennel. Passengers travelling with a pet should hold their pet’s updated health documents and are responsible for the pet’s care, safety and hygiene. Unaccompanied pets cannot be embarked.

Group tickets are not interchangeable and cannot be canceled or converted to open date tickets.

Seajets does not support unaccompanied baggage shipping.
